Nurse Injector
Lindsey’s journey began in 2010, in Dermatology. Over the next 6 years, her passion for skincare and aesthetics grew.
From there, she ventured into management and Plastic Surgery. This is where she began training with injectables, aesthetics & new skincare modalities.
In 2018, she sought out an opportunity to become more well rounded — so CVICU was a natural choice.
Fast forward to 2023: She became an independent nurse injector, which has been the culmination of her dedication, passion and hard work.

Medical Director
Dr. Garrett Cuppels has been a board-certified physician for over 20 years. He began his career as an orthopedic surgeon with emphasis on sports injuries but then transitioned into the health and wellness space by starting his own supplement companies. He has served as the Medical Director for a number of clinics offering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV hydration, and a variety of other aesthetics treatments.
Dr. Cuppels takes pride in providing and overseeing quality care in a compassionate, responsible, and individualized manner.
